Who we are

Table at 464 is a trading name of Nomadic Flavours Ltd (Company No. 13960498), registered office 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR. The restaurant is at 464 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AE. For privacy questions, contact contact@table464.com.

What we collect

If you phone or email us, we hold the contact details you provide to handle your enquiry or booking. We keep this only as long as needed.

Reservations

Online bookings are handled by SevenRooms, who process your booking details under their own privacy policy.

If you sign up to Notes from the Pass we collect your email address, and your name if you give it. We use these only to send you the newsletter, roughly once a month, covering menus, wines, events and news from the restaurant. We do not sell or share your details.

Our newsletter is sent using MailerLite, who store the list on our behalf as our data processor. We send a confirmation email before adding you to the list. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing contact@table464.com. We keep your details until you unsubscribe.

Fonts and third parties

This site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. Your browser sends these providers standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the font files.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you found us, and general location. This involves cookies set by Google and technical data (such as your IP address) being processed by Google under their own privacy policy. We use this information only in aggregate; it does not identify you personally.

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept or reject cookies used for analytics and advertising. Nothing is stored for those purposes until you choose. Rejecting them does not affect your use of the site.

We remember your choice in a single cookie so we do not ask again on every page. That one is strictly necessary and is set either way. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link at the foot of any page, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and Google Ads to measure our advertising. If you reject, those services receive no cookies and no identifiers from your visit.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
